Julia joined Savills in April 2023. She is a director within the RISE team with a focus on delivering bespoke service delivery to clients and individual properties. Julia is the lead surveying director responsible for managing the surveying team on the acclaimed mixed us development, Kings Cross Estate, London.
Julia is an accomplished strategic executive and advisory consultant, with over two decades of asset and property management experience in the commercial real estate industry.
Prior to joining Savills Julia was a director in the central London property management team at a commercial real estate firm, where she was the lead surveying director responsible for service delivery on the central London and national portfolio for AXA Investment Managers. Prior to this Julia was a partner and department head in private practice in Belfast where she specialised in managing large shopping centre portfolios throughout the UK and Ireland for Northern Irish HNWIs and consortiums.
Julia works closely with the Related Argent asset management team and the estate director / general manager of Kings' Cross Estate Services, and is dedicated to ensuring that all occupiers at King’s Cross Estate experience seamless customer service in terms of all surveying and property management related matters.
