Tom Whalley

Tom specialises in advising and acting on behalf of both landlord and tenant clients in respect of rent reviews, lease renewals, Section 18(1) valuations and other dispute related valuation matters. His particular market expertise lies in the City of London, South Bank and City fringe markets.

Following his early years as a City leasing agent, Tom became an equity partner of a niche firm as head of their landlord & tenant department. He prides himself on combining his market intelligence and negotiation skills with his technical expertise and attention to detail.
