Tom Warren

Tom graduated with first class honours in Real Estate from Nottingham Trent University in 2017. Tom joined Savills in 2025 as a director having previously worked at Colliers. Tom started his real estate career as a placement student at Savills in our Manchester office back in 2015.

Tom works within the rating team where he focuses on central London offices. Tom advises a variety of occupiers, developers and investors, ensuring a robust and agile business rates strategy is implemented. Tom provides bespoke business rates liability advice including representations to the valuation Office and local authorities. Tom acts as both advocate and expert witness at Valuation Tribunal and has an in-depth knowledge of the non-domestic property tax system. Tom is a chartered surveyor with 9 years of experience in commercial property. Tom is an experienced negotiator and trusted advisor for a range of large corporate clients.
