Tom Bardwell

Tom has more than twelve years’ experience working in strategic advisory sustainability roles across multiple industries; both as part of an in-house sustainability team, and as a consultant. Having spent the last four years working exclusively in real estate, some of his specific knowledge areas include GHG reporting and accounting, industry compliance and reporting, including GRESB, corporate and real estate ESG data management and strategy creation, climate risk analysis and net zero carbon strategy.

He oversees and manages the creation and implementation of sustainability strategies and SBT-aligned net zero carbon pathways and targets for investment managers and occupiers, delivering legislative and voluntary sustainability reporting, as well as leading the development and delivery of the transition climate-related risk, GHG accounting and sustainable finance service lines.

As a passionate cyclist and runner, Tom participates in (and spectates) annual marathons, sportives and the occaisional triathlon.
