Sarah Brayshaw

She has over nine years’ experience advising the real estate and financial sectors on climate risk and resilience. She specialises in physical climate risk, combining expertise from the insurance catastrophe modelling sector with an academic background in meteorology and climate science.

She works with clients to translate climate risk data into clear, actionable insights for risk identification, assessment and management, enabling informed decision-making at asset and portfolio level.  This includes supporting the integration of climate risk into strategy and investment decisions, as well as meeting reporting requirements, real estate benchmarking and resilience planning.

As a profoundly deaf person, Sarah is passionate about supporting and advocating for the National Deaf Children's Society in her spare time.
