Nick Pearce

Nick started his career in 2006 after completing a degree in BSc Land Management at Reading University. 

Having worked in the central London office market as an agent since his career started, in 2015 Nick joined the world's largest private equity firm and oversaw the redevelopment of their London portfolio, including the likes of Devonshire Square, Cannon Bridge House, 25 North Colonnade, The Tiger Portfolio, The High Holborn Estate and Chiswick Park. 

Nick re-joined Savills in 2019 and has since focused on office agency with a particular expertise on redevelopment schemes. Most recently, Nick has advised Stanhope on the successful redevelopment of Woolgate Exchange (322,000 sq ft) and is involved in an array of other exciting projects across London.
