Josh Lamb

Josh joined Savills as a graduate in 2007 after completing an MA in property valuation and law at Cass Business School, and having previously completed a BA in ancient history and archaeology at Durham University.

Since joining the central London agency team in 2008, Josh has advised a range of landlords including; leasing 215,000 sq ft at One Bartholomew, Farringdon for Helical / AshbyCapital, leasing 20,400 sq ft at The Fjord Building, Kings Cross, for Savills Investment Management and leasing 170,000 sq ft at One London Bridge for St Martins property Group.

In addition to this, Josh has provided long-term leasing and strategic asset management advice to Lloyd's Register of Shipping at 71 Fenchurch Street, City of London (250,000 sq ft) and to Gaw Capital on various properties within the Harbour Exchange Campus, Docklands (595,000 sqft).

On the occupier side, Josh advises various occupiers including; Greystar, Alpha Bank, Linedata, Lloyd's Register of Shipping, 6 Degrees Group, Walker Crips and Opus Recruitment on their occupational needs both in London and around the world.

Josh has been appointed to provide development and strategic pre-leasing advice on a 53 acre site in Canada Water for British Land which will provide 3.0m sq ft of offices as part of a mixed use redevelopment.
