Matthew Salter

Matt Salter is a director in the portfolio valuation team and has been at Savills for over 14 years. He came through the graduate programme at Savills and worked within our investment agency department for over three years following qualification in 2012.

Matt moved to the portfolio valuation team in November 2015 and has developed a strong knowledge and experience in valuing assets across all of the main sectors and is job manager for a number of our regularly valued funds for institutional funds, property companies and private family trusts.

Matt has worked within the portfolio valuation department for over 8 years in which time he has become the lead contact on a number of our regular mandated instructions.

Matt’s background in investment agency has helped to nurture relationships both internally and externally which has led to us being chosen for a number of one off instructions since he joined the team.
