Adam Whereat

Adam manages a number of the portfolio valuation department's instructions where he provides regular revaluations of property portfolios for accounts, unit pricing and performance measurement purposes on behalf of institutions, property unit trusts and property companies. He is also well-skilled in the valuation of development opportunities, and has been involved in a number of high profile projects.

Adam is the department's central London office expert, responsible for the collation and presentation of data relating to this area of the market. In addition, Adam coordinates an expanding team to ensure that monthly, quarterly and annual valuations are provided within a specified timeframe.
