Matthew joined Savills in 2023 as a design Director. He leads projects within the Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Consultancy team. He specialises in decarbonisation, low energy design and complex project delivery.

Matthew has over 15 years experience in Building Services design, working on projects across various sectors, within the UK and worldwide. In his role, Matthew is responsible for leading GreenFit and building services design projects and is commited to the comprehensive project delivery. Matthew's approach to creative holistic design not only meets but exceeds client expectations by integrating the principles of excellent engineering practices, fostering collaboration, and applying innovative technologies.

Matthew is dedicated to advancing sustainable design and consistently pushes the boundaries of building services design, providing expertise in electrification of heat and heat pumps. He actively addresses the climate emergency, infusing his projects with a sense of responsibility and design excellence.

Matthew enjoys endurance sports and outdoor pursuits in the Hampshire and Surrey countryside when family life allows. He has a passion for promoting STEM and developing engineers of the future.
