Joan is an associate director in the Savills valuation division based in London, specialising in the valuation of all types of commercial property, principally for loan security purposes.
Qualifying as a RICS Registered Valuer in 2017, Joan has experience in valuing all mainstream sectors of UK commercial real estate.
She has a focus on assets in London and the South East, and property viewed in a national context.
Joan is an active member of CREFC Europe, the trade association for the commercial real estate finance industry. She currently serves as a committee member of YPREF, which she chaired in 2023-2024.
