Duncan is a senior director in Savills valuation division based in London, specialising in the valuation of all types of commercial property, principally for loan security purposes.
Duncan joined Savills in 1990 and has experience in valuing offices, retail, industrial and mixed use properties throughout the UK. Most of his work involves the valuation of large properties traded in a national context.
He lives with his wife and two children in Cambridgeshire and has a keen interest in sport, gardening and travel.
