Jasmine Cato

Jasmine holds a BSc in Business Economics from Lancaster University, where she also completed a year-long industrial placement with Savills between August 2022 and August 2023. During this time, she gained hands-on experience working with major clients such as Legal & General and Fubon Ltd. Following her graduation in July 2024, she returned to Savills as a Graduate Surveyor and now works on the King’s Cross Estate, where her client is Related Argent. She reports into Zoe Spizzirri, who leads on the retail element at Coal Drops Yard. Alongside her role, Jasmine is studying part-time for an MSc in Real Estate at the University College of Estate Management and is currently undertaking her APC training.

Jasmine is responsible for a range of property management tasks, including supporting the preparation of Service Charge and Reconciliation budgets, coordinating and conducting property inspections, assisting with Licenses to Alter, handling billing turnover, and following up on insurance claims. She regularly attends client meetings and maintains close communication with both the site team and the client to ensure the smooth operation and achievement of property management goals.

Outside of work, Jasmine enjoys training at the gym, running, skiing and walking her dog.
