Robert specialises in providing valuations and strategic advice to banking clients and direct real estate Investment vehicles across all property types.
Graduating from Aberdeen University with a first class honours degree in Real Estate, Robert joined Savills graduate scheme in January 2011 and qualified as a chartered surveyor in May 2013.
Robert has particular expertise in commercial Investment valuation and is frequently asked by banks to provide strategic advice in respect of property assets in advance of a new lending or loan re-financing.
In addition to providing advice to lending Institutions, Robert is responsible for the regular valuation of a range of properties across Scotland and the north east of England for fund performance purposes.
When Robert is not drafting reports, he can be found surveying the coastline on his surfboard or enjoying the rugged Scottish terrain on his mountain bike.
