Since joining the Edinburgh office in 2012, David has provided valuation advice across Scotland in all property sectors for loan security, company accounts and strategic advisory purposes.
David has particular expertise in undertaking Investment and development valuation and consultancy, in both commercial and residential sectors, and is frequently asked by banks to provide strategic advice on property assets in advance of new lending or re-financing.
