Adam Richardson

Adam is experienced in negotiating with senior council officers and the coordination of specialist submissions of all scales, resolving complex site-specific sensitivities via pragmatic, evidence-based solutions built on a firm understanding of commercial, planning and local context.

Adam's experience includes the Edinburgh Park live music arena (AEG), Buchanan Galleries Masterplan (Landsec), Union Square Shopping Centre (Hammerson), Energy on Clyde heat and power network (Gren Energy), various employment/logistics developments (Tilstone/Indurent, Hargreaves, Manse), various data centres (landowner, investor and hyperscaler clients), town centre redevelopments (South Lanarkshire Council, East Dunbartonshire Council) and several major settlement expansion projects totalling 12,500 units (landowners, Barratt David Wilson and Urban&Civic).

Adam is active in various Savills sector groups and charity initiatives.  Out of work he is a keen footballer, having previously played at semi-professional level.
