Paddy is a chartered surveyor in the office agency team in Birmingham

Paddy graduated from the Royal Agricultural University in 2021 with a BSc(Hons) in Real Estate, Paddy started his career at Johnson Fellows as a graduate surveyor between the lease advisory and agency teams in Birmingham before joining Savills in January 2025. 

Paddy qualified as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2025.

Paddy's primary responsibility is to advise landlords on the disposal and letting of office space and to assist occupiers with the acquisition of suitable office accommodation. Through market knowledge, client relationship management, and skilled negotiation, he delivers successful office agency transactions that support his clients' property and business objectives.

Personal interests include Tennis, Padel , watching rugby, country sports, cooking and socialising with friends
