Jonathan Ottewell

His work extends across all aspects of office related sectors to include acquisition and disposal of both leasehold and freehold properties, advice to occupiers on their property strategy and advising landlords and developers on the specification and delivery of new build and refurbishment projects. 

Jonathan advises on city centre schemes including 35 Newhall Street, 10 Livery Street, Edmund Gardens and Newater House and out of town instructions on Birmingham Business Park, in Coventry and Solihull, and across the East Midlands. Recent successes include disposals for Frasers, CBRE Investment Management and Valeo and lettings to the Siemens, Hollis and Clearwater Corporate Finance.  

Jonathan also advises businesses on their occupational requirements and has and acted for Howden on the consolidation and relocation to new offices in Birmingham city centre and Segro on their acquisition of their new Midlands office at Two Friargate in Coventry, along with advising Mott Macdonald and Grant Thornton on their moves to new offices in Birmingham.
