Max Rumble

He joined Savills in September 2023 after studying Architecture at the University of Plymouth and completing a master’s in Real Estate at the Royal Agricultural University in Cirencester.

Max began his career on the regional commercial graduate scheme, where he completed rotations across several departments, gaining experience in property management, recoveries and receivership, rating, and valuation. After successfully completing his APC in November 2025, Max qualified as a chartered surveyor (MRICS). He is now a permanent member of the recoveries and receivership team, supporting clients with complex property matters across the UK.

He is also an active committee member of RICS Matrics Birmingham, supporting initiatives that connect and empower early career professionals within the industry. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time outdoors in the countryside and can often be found with his two spaniels.
