Alistair has worked in the recoveries and restructuring property sector for 30 years and has held over 1,000 LPA appointments in the commercial, leisure, residential and agricultural sectors across the UK.

He has advised many lenders as well as Insolvency Practitioners on stressed property matters of a sensitive nature.

Alistair enjoys assisting businesses with their property portfolios in turnaround situations to protect and add value. He is also a registered LPA Receiver and a registered valuer.
