Office growth
Savills Newcastle is a growing office dealing with a wide range of property services but primarily focussing on commercial and rural services. Over the past year, the office has expanded its offering, adding Mixed Use Development & Office Agency, Property Management and Forestry service lines. The addition of these new services continue to strengthen the office and mean that we are a true one-stop shop for land owners, house builders and developers located in the heart of Newcastle city centre.

OFFICE ACTIVITY
In September the Savills Newcastle and Carlisle offices came together to walk 10 miles along Hadrian's Wall, crossing the Cumbrian and Northumbrian border as part of a national rural division charity campaign supporting YoungMinds.
If we drove between all of the Savills Rural offices from Inverness to Truro, the journey would cover 1,900 miles. Our challenge is for everyone to collectively cover this mileage in any sustainable way, such as walking, jogging, cycling, paddle boarding or roller skating, raising money for each mile covered, which will form part of our donation to YoungMinds. We've raised over £5,500 so far and you can donate by clicking this link.
