Development - Integra 61

The Newcastle Development Team completed the sale of an 8 acre site at Integra 61 to Bellway in Q4 2021.

The scheme, which already benefitted from outline planning consent for up to 100 new homes, will comprise a mix of family homes.

Following the completion of major works, Integra 61 is now progressing rapidly and is well on its way to creating thousands of jobs in the area, adding around £2 billion to the regional economy over the next 10 years.
