International real estate advisor Savills has strengthened its national Retail Property Management team with four new appointments, further enhancing the expertise it delivers to clients across the UK’s largest retail property management portfolio.
Katie Kelly has joined the Savills Manchester office as an Associate Director, further strengthening the firm’s regional management capabilities in northern England. Katie brings over 15 years’ experience in shopping centre management, including roles at Liverpool ONE and Derbion in Derby.
Lana Hill will be based at Savills Margaret Street headquarters as an Associate Director and joins from Lambert Smith Hampton, where she spent more than nine years. Lana will focus on supporting the operational and strategic management of the firm’s expanding shopping centre portfolio.
Philippa Spyvee joins as an Associate Director from Workman LLP, where she spent over six years, and will be based across Savills London and Bristol offices. Philippa will focus on the company’s shopping centre portfolio as well as outlet destinations, supporting continued growth in this sector and further strengthening Savills regional retail capabilities.
The firm has also appointed Hannah McInnes as an Associate. She joins the Savills Glasgow Property Management team and brings a wealth of property and asset management experience across the retail and leisure sectors, having begun her career on the client side before moving into consultancy roles.
