International real estate advisor Savills, acting on behalf of a private client, has sold Terfyn Pella Caravan Park in Denbighshire, North Wales to Lyons Holiday Park Limited, which own over 22 parks across North Wales and Cumbria.
The property was sold for an undisclosed sum.
Terfyn Pella Caravan Park, which is located between the popular seaside towns of Rhyl and Prestatyn, comprises approximately five acres of level land. The park benefits from planning permission for 115 caravans and is currently developed with 108 single static caravan pitches, of which 106 are privately owned. Two pitches remain vacant, offering immediate scope for new placements.
The surrounding area is a thriving holiday destination, with nearby Rhyl and Prestatyn offering a wide range of amenities including supermarkets, cafes, pubs, entertainment venues, and family attractions. The historic city of Chester, just 33 miles east, adds further appeal with its retail, dining, and cultural offerings.
