The holiday park is set in 7 acres (2.8 hectares) of land and accommodates 79 touring caravan and camping pitches alongside Foxes Bark, a three bedroom owner’s cottage. Located in Pembrokeshire National Park the park benefits from close proximity to the coast and the village of Little Haven.
The sale was agreed following a successful planning application by the Savills Leisure planning team to change the use from touring caravans to lodges and static caravans.
