Set in a site of 5.91 acres (2.39 hectares), the park comprises of 26 park owned lodges, bungalows and treehouses alongside five privately owned lodges and three bungalows that generate an annual rent. The self-catering accommodation provides between one and two bedrooms with each benefitting from a large deck and hot tub. The park is currently the only lodge park in Cornwall that features in Hoseasons Wanderwood range.
Also included in the sale is a detached four bedroom owner’s property and the site offers further development potential, subject to relevant planning consent.
