Chris joined Savills in 2015 and has over 20 years’ experience as a residential agent working within the South West property market.
His role within Savills encompasses Devon, Cornwall and West Somerset, where he oversees the sale of some of the most prestigious properties across the counties.
Having successfully marketed a variety of different properties during his career, from historic country houses and exciting ‘one off’ new builds, to a 100 acre coastal estate and a former World War II airbase, Chris has a deep-seated understanding of the regional market.
West Country born and bred, Chris is a father of three and is passionate about Devon and Cornwall.
