After graduating from Cardiff in 2001, Tim established a successful career in the South West London property market, progressing to partner level running a leading independent agency.
Originally from the South Hams in Devon, Tim returned home in 2015 to raise his family and pursue his passion for the local property market. Since then, he has built extensive experience across Salcombe, Totnes and Dartmouth, specialising in the sale of prime and prestigious homes at a leading local agency. His in-depth knowledge of the region, combined with over two decades of industry expertise, ensures clients receive exceptional guidance at every stage of their property journey.
In 2025, Tim joined the Exeter team at Savills. His reputation for integrity, market insight and results continues to make him a trusted advisor for buyers and sellers alike.
Beyond work, Tim embraces Devon’s natural landscape, enjoying both land and sea pursuits while creating lasting memories with his family.
