Keith Mills

Keith has studied and worked in property consultancy since 1985, starting his professional career in earnest at the valuation office in 1990. After 25 years in the civil service Keith made the move to private practice advising individual and corporate clients on rates assessments and liabilities. Joining Savills in 2024, Keith brings a wealth of senior management experience in the sector, to a direct valuation and client based role in Southampton, covering the south west of England, and as an added resource to the national rating team. 

Aligned to the licensed and leisure team in Southampton Keith is able to draw on his considerable experience in the pub, restaurant and hotel sector, including the self catering holiday industry to advise clients on their liabilities.

In recent years Keith acted as a mental health first aider, and is a keen exponent of wellbeing matters in the workplace. This includes how they contribute to work like balance, identifying stresses, and how resolving such issues contributes to a more satisfying and productive career experience.
