Josh Fisher

As a recent Oxford Brookes University BSc Real Estate graduate, Josh is thrilled to be joining Savills as a part of the 2025 graduate cohort. Josh started his property career at 16 working within residential sales in a local estate agency, then worked in aviation for two years before going to university. During his time at Brookes he completed modules in land law, valuations and development, creating a broad base for further education as he works towards completing his APC at Savills.

Josh's role includes completing development appraisals, the valuation of residential, retail and commercial schemes as well as assistance with the creation of market insight reports.

Josh's hobbies outside of work include playing golf at Meon Valley, enjoying walks around the River Hamble and in the Hampshire countryside, painting, and playing the piano.
