Tom Wood

Tom started his property career at Savills in Sevenoaks in 2025 after graduating from the University of Leeds with a BA (Hons) in Economics and Geography. Tom is completing a MSc in Real Estate from the University of the Built Environment alongside working towards his Assessment of Professional Competence.

Tom supports fee earners and directors within the team and is gaining a range of experience including valuation, development consultancy, agency and strategic work.

Outside of work, Tom has a keen interest interest in motorsports and golf, regularly competing in national karting events.
