Claire works in the estate management team in the Petworth office, providing comprehensive land and asset management advice to both private and public sector clients.
Claire joined Savills in 2010 providing management services and advice to a number of different clients across the South of England.
Claire is experienced in providing strategic asset reviews, property management advice plus all elements of landlord and tenant work (residential, commercial and agricultural portfolios), agricultural rent reviews and tenancy succession negotiations. Claire has experience implementing and managing national contracts across the Savills business.
Originally from Lancashire, Claire is now settled in the South of England and enjoys exploring in her campervan with her dog, Colin. Claire enjoys a wide variety of sports, especially cricket and rugby league. Claire is a Speaker Volunteer and volunteer gardener for the Commonwealth War Graves Commission.
