Will's main area of expertise is the Water Industry Act (1991) including the delivery of large projects including the DCO process.
Will has worked on water infrastructure projects since joining Savills in 2020 and has gained good experience in varied projects on behalf of the client. He has good experience dealing with landowners and acts as the point of contact between them and the delivery team.
Starting in the estate management team in Chelmsford, Will has since moved to major projects to continue his infrastructure work, particularly working on two DCO projects.
Will has had good experience in delivering water infrastructure projects of varying scale. Seeing projects from design stage through to completion, advising on all aspects throughout including landowner engagement, valuation, compensation and access for surveys.
Will is heavily involved in charity at Savills, he regularly attends and helps organise charity initiatives in the Chelmsford Office. Will has a great interest in sports, he plays cricket for High Roding Cricket Club and is often seen at the oval in the summer.
