Cait began her career in the ceramics industry as an environmental graduate before joining Savills in 2020.

Cait has developed a strong foundation in environmental compliance, waste management and green building certifications, with a particular emphasis on operational practices. She currently works as a sustainability consultant, specialising in BREEAM In-Use and ISO 14001/50001 standards.

BREEAM In-Use is a leading green building certification that rewards the most sustainable operational buildings and identifies opportunities for improvement. ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 are internationally recognised frameworks for managing environmental risks and improving energy efficiency, with an emphasis on continuous improvement.

Cait is a nature lover and gardening enthusiast. At home, she has transformed her new-build garden into a thriving haven for wildlife, complete with edible crops and pollinator-friendly plants.
