Adam is an associate director within the Manchester building & project consultancy team with his work covering a range of project management instructions for landlords and tenants. His work primarily focuses on project management across office, leisure, and the logistics sectors.
Adam joined Savills in August 2019 after working as a Building Surveyor at OBI Property, where he specialised in providing project management services for commercial CAT A and CAT B projects on behalf of landlord and occupier clients.
Adam has also worked for an architect and building consultancy where he project managed the delivery of new build and refurbishment projects within the education sector and prior to this he worked for a private practice architects.
Adam's previous design experience enables him to undertake project management roles with an understanding of the design process; whilst ensuring at the same time all the commercial requirements of the client are met.
Outside of works Adam enjoys following his boyhood club, Liverpool FC, where he is a season ticket holder.
