Having first joined Savills as a placement student in 2020, Alastair returned to the rating team in 2022 through the graduate scheme after graduating from UWE Bristol with a first-class honours degree in Real Estate.
Alastair supports senior team members across various property sectors, with a particular focus on central London office occupiers. He has established himself as a trusted client advisor, providing expert guidance on all aspects of business rates, including appeals, budgeting, reliefs, and exemptions. He also deals with all stages of the increasingly technical appeal process representing clients interest to the valuation office agency. His expertise extends to presenting cases at Valuation Tribunal as both an advocate and expert witness.
