David is a director in the energy development team and has worked at Savills since 1990. He specialises in the development of energy generation and storage projects, providing wide ranging consultancy, development and transactional advice to a diverse range of clients.
Originally from a farming background David joined Savills in 1990. He has a wide range of professional knowledge in solar developments and renewables.
David works in the energy sector with particular emphasis on all forms of energy development, in particular large scale solar, battery and gas peaking plants on behalf of developers and landowners. This work includes site identification and development through to disposal.
David is responsible for setting up national JV agreements between Savills and selected development partners for various energy schemes.
