As Head of the Rural Consultancy team in Lincoln, Emma leads a multidisciplinary team providing strategic advice across rural, commercial and residential property interests.
Emma advises private, institutional and corporate clients on all aspects of estate management, rural consultancy and property strategy. She also undertakes RICS Red Book valuations for major lending institutions and private clients across the East Midlands.
Emma is also an accredited Mediator through CIArb, bringing a practical and commercially focused approach to complex property, family and rural business disputes. Her broad experience in estate management, valuation and consultancy enables her to understand the wider context behind disputes and support parties in reaching constructive, workable outcomes.
Her expertise extends to strategic land assembly, estate management, agricultural and property law, landlord and tenant matters, and succession planning, enabling her to provide commercially focused solutions to a wide range of land and property challenges, whilst her pragmatism and problem solving skills ensures she is regarded as a trusted advisor.
