Edis specialises in rural property, farmland and residential valuations with over 18 years of experience working in this sector. Working for a variety of clients and purposes including for accounting, strategy, expert witness and taxation purposes.
Her key focus is within the Rural Portfolio Valuations team, based in Lincoln, where she provides valuation advice to major institutional landowners including long term standing instructions for clients with land holdings across the UK. She has developed bespoke valuation reporting for clients, tailored to their requirements for internal benchmarking or purposes including financial reporting and 10 year IHT taxation charges.
She also farms in Rutland and enjoys working on the mixed arable and beef farm with the family alongside her husband and son, which gives her first hand experience to advise rural clients on issues facing the industry.
