Our residential investment and development team is the largest and most experienced of its kind, with an unparalleled track record brokering key Multifamily and Single Family Housing investment and development mandates across the UK and Europe.

Our Residential Investment & Development team has advised on the UK’s largest Build to Rent (BtR) funding transactions by both lot size and unit number, as well as many of the major operational Private Rented Sector (PRS) deals. To date, the team has advised on over £21 billion of PRS transactions, comprising more than 61,000 units.

In the rapidly expanding Single Family Housing (SFH) sector, we have supported clients on transactions totalling over £4.8 billion, representing in excess of 34,000 units.

Our specialist London Residential Investment team alone advised on more than £200 million of transactions in 2024, accounting for 70% of all Multifamily deals over £70 million.

We provide comprehensive valuation, consultancy, transactional and financing advice across all forms of residential investment, delivering an integrated end-to-end service for our clients.
