We were approached by a client who was in the process of purchasing nine apartments in Waterloo. We were asked to provide rental values and comparable evidence of other apartments in the vicinity to support our rental assumptions.
Having exchanged contracts Savills provided building consultancy to oversee the construction work, helped the client arrange the relevant insurance, and helped with interior design of the apartments. As part of our proposal the lettings team devised a lettings and property management strategy.
