An overseas investor needed a professional lettings agent in London with experience of new-build developments.
The client wanted us to inspect the property on their behalf prior to completion, identify any visual defects, take handover of the apartment from the developer and ensure the defects were rectified, arrange furnishing, market the property, secure a quality tenant and manage the property for them.
