For two years running Teddington has been voted one of the best places to live in London by The Times. The high street offers many small independent shops, cafés and eateries. Within a short walk you can reach beautiful bushy park and the river Thames. There are numerous sports and fitness clubs including the famous Lensbury Club.
One of the best things about Teddington is the eclectic mix of properties. Many pretty Victorian and Edwardian terraces can be found, along with bigger detached Victorian villas on roads such as Teddington Park Road close to the River Thames. A selection of new build developments have been built in more recent years to offer one, two and three bedroom flats.
Visiting Savills Teddington:
Teddington train station is just 0.3 miles away from the office. Teddington Station provides regular service to London Waterloo, and Shepperton. The bus stops closest to the office are Elmfield Avenue (Stop D) and Elmfield Avenue (Stop C) which provide links to and from Hampton Hill, Kingston, and Twickenham. The parking outside the office is pay and display and there is a requirement for a parking permit covering zone T for the roads around the back of the office.
