Ruth joined the Oxford office in 2016 and specialises in providing property management advice to a number of Oxford Colleges.
Ruth started her career in 2006 working within a local authority advising on many aspects of commercial property management, before joining Savills in 2016.
Ruth now acts for a number of Oxford Colleges and private investors providing strategic advice on their property portfolios. This covers all aspects of advice including day to day management and landlord and tenant matters, rent reviews, lease renewals, disposals & acquisitions.
Ruth lives in Oxfordshire and thoroughly enjoys working alongside the prestige and history the area has to offer.
