Matt is within the Development team with over 7 years’ experience of providing acquisition and disposal expertise, residual appraisals and sales advice to landowners.
Matt started his career in London in 2015 and chartered as a surveyor in 2017. In April 2022 he moved out of London to join Savills Oxford and Reading Development team.
An expert in the residential development land market in Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and Oxfordshire, Matt is involved in a wide variety of instructions with clients across the home counties, advising landowners on how maximise land value, undertaking viability appraisals and running competitive marketing processes.
During his free time Matt enjoys rugby, cricket, running and local community volunteer work.
