Georgie Baillie-Hamilton

Georgie joined Savills as a graduate in 2023 having previously worked in estate management covering estates in the North of England. She worked in the Oxford rural management team until August 2025 and moved to the Cirencester office after qualifying, where she is now part of the estate management team. Georgie completed a masters degree in Rural Estate and Land Management alongside working at Savills.

Georgie is responsible for overseeing the strategic and day-to-day operations of rural estates on behalf of both private and institutional clients, covering agricultural, residential and commercial assets. Her role involves tenancy management, implementing diversification initiatives, rural planning and project delivery and general property management.

Outside of work, Georgie enjoys playing sport and staying active, particularly walking around the Cotswolds where she has grown up.
