Working alongside our consultancy and agency colleagues we specialise in delivering pre-application, outline and detailed planning applications, development appraisals, capacity studies, townscape assessments, design codes and community engagement. Our experienced masterplanning team are working on projects ranging from vacant public sector land, prime waterfront locations, industrial release, former infrastructure sites and new community developments. We are well placed to guide proposals through the planning and development process to maximise social, environmental and economic value for the user and our clients.
