Jessica joined Savills in September 2022 and is an associate director in the rural consultancy team based in our York office.
Having started her career in the south west of England, she is experienced in estate management and rural professional practice. Jessica predominately advises clients on all aspects of the management of rural estates including rural and residential asset management and landlord and tenant matters. Jessica also acts for landowners in CPO matters.
Jessica qualified as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers in 2021.
