Thomas joined Savills in 2016 and reports directly to estate owners, trustees and directors.
In addition to responsibility for routine management reporting and financial planning Thomas delivers strategic reviews including farm business audits and benchmarking against industry standards.
Thomas is also involved in delivering strategic advice on land purchases and the subsequent setting up appropriate farming systems to maximise the potential from the holding and achieve set objectives.
Thomas has wide ranging experience in setting up, managing and auditing contract farming agreements.
