James joined Savills in 2022 after completing his master’s degree at the Royal Agricultural University. Prior to this, he studied at Hartpury University, where he combined his academic studies with competing in high‑level rugby.
James provides strategic advice and estate management services to a range of private clients across Wiltshire and Hampshire, overseeing portfolios comprising of agricultural, commercial and residential property. He also has experience working with institutional clients and within the sporting industry.
James has developed a broad experience within the rural sector, which underpins his work as a Graduate Rural Surveyor and aims to deliver a high standard of service to his clients.
